Alexa Beach Club stands on Na Jomtien beach, south of Pattaya, at Na Jomtien Soi 8 in the district of Sattahip, Chon Buri, on the Gulf of Thailand. The operator calls it a new beach club and describes a wide private stretch of sand suited to beach sports. No operator company or opening date was found.

The day is sold as cabanas and oversized day beds, on the beach or by the infinity pool, with seating indoors as well; snacks and drinks are brought to the lounger or cabana. Reservations are taken by telephone. The operator publishes no prices. Its opening days and hours are given differently in different places, and should be confirmed before going. A ticketing platform also sells a pass for one seat with a drink and a starter.

A kitchen with a named chef. The operator names its executive chef, Dan Stella, and serves Mediterranean dishes beside Thai food, with fresh seafood, shared platters and an indoor restaurant for three-course meals.

Music into the evening. Resident and guest DJs, live musicians and dancers run through the day to a sunset programme.

Who it is not for

Alexa Beach Club is wrong for anyone who wants a quiet beach: the operator lists resident DJs, live musicians and dancers into the evening. It is wrong for a visitor who needs to know in advance whether it is open on a given weekday, because the operator's own pages disagree. And it is wrong for someone who wants to book online with the club itself, since the club takes reservations by telephone.
