La Siesta Plage

La Siesta Plage stands at 9 boulevard de la Plage in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, in the Var, on a fine-sand beach beside the lifeguard post. It is a private beach worked together with the restaurant of the same name; the regional tourism site credits the company SARL La Siesta. The operator describes its installations as kept within the limits of the public domain. One of its co-managers is a former handball player at national level, and the beach has worked for several years with the LEC surf club and renews a partnership with the tourist office each year.

The day is sold by the piece: a deckchair at twenty-four euros, an umbrella at twelve, a bed at fifty-five. The operator keeps hours of half past nine to eight every day, and the beach is open to visitors from eleven. Reservations are taken by telephone and e-mail, and a sunbed platform also sells places online. The tourist office gives the 2026 season as 6 April to 4 October, every day.

Lunch with the bed. Through the sunbed platform, a bed is booked with lunch, which is obligatory, and the booking gives priority at the restaurant.

Sport on the sand. The co-manager plans beach sports, and paddle and bodyboarding come through the partnership with the LEC surf club.

A Mediterranean kitchen. The restaurant cooks fresh fish and Mediterranean dishes, with a short menu that runs from a burger and a poke bowl to a house chocolate mousse; dishes are brought to the beach.
