Pasaji

Pasaji stands on Ornos Beach on Mykonos, on the white sandy bay of Ornos. It shares its stretch of shore with the Mykonos Blanc hotel. The house is first a restaurant: its kitchen, led by executive chef John Vidalis with chef Stratos Chronakis, cooks Greek, Italian and Asian dishes on a single fusion menu. A sister restaurant of the same name operates in the centre of Athens. The operator names no founding date or owner on the pages read.

The beach side, called Pasaji Seaside, sets sunbeds on the sand with music and a cocktail bar, and serves coffee, juices, finger food, light snacks and sushi to the beds. Reservations are taken online through the i-host booking system, by telephone and by e-mail. The operator publishes no price for a sunbed. The listed hours are eight in the morning to midnight, every day of the week.
