Poseidonia Beach Club

Poseidonia Beach Club stands on the Lungomare Levante at Marina di Ascea, on the Cilento coast in the province of Salerno, Campania, facing the Tyrrhenian. The company behind it is G.& G. Srl, and the owner named in the trade press is Gianni Rizzo, who also skippers the boat trips along the coast that guests can book. The 2026 season opened on 28 March, with the beach open over Easter.

The day is sold as an umbrella with sunbeds on a concession of the shore: the operator offers family stations with two sunbeds and an umbrella, set more than three and a half metres apart, with cabanas and canopied loungers alongside. Umbrellas are booked online through the operator's own system and by telephone and e-mail. No price list was found on the operator's pages. Breakfast, lunch and the evening aperitivo are ordered through an app and brought to the umbrella; a restaurant stands on the sand, with a sushi counter and a pizzeria that the trade press reports open at weekends.

Certified, not only claimed. In 2025 the club was certified under ISO 20121, the standard for sustainable event management, for the whole venue; the trade press reported it as the first in Italy. It has held ISPRA recognition as an eco-sustainable beach since 2021.

Built with the dunes. The operator describes a beach laid out around the sand dunes, with solar panels, rainwater recycling and an organic garden that supplies the kitchen.

Access to the water. Two Jumbo chairs take wheelchair users into the sea, and the operator lists accessible washrooms, two lifeguards and a first-aid room with a defibrillator.
