Nikki Beach Marbella

Nikki Beach Marbella stands on the beach of the Hotel Don Carlos, at kilometre 192 of the Carretera de Cádiz, in Elviria to the east of Marbella town on the Costa del Sol. It opened in 2003 and belongs to Nikki Beach, the group founded in 1998 by Jack and Lucia Penrod as a tribute to their daughter Nicole. Within the hotel's grounds it has a large open-air restaurant, an octagonal bar at the centre, a pool with VIP beds on a raised deck, a boutique and a VIP terrace facing the sea. The executive chef, Santiago Zucchi, mixes the group's international dishes with local Mediterranean flavours.

The day is booked through the operator's reservation system, by telephone or by e-mail. Independent guides report that the beds are sold on a minimum spend; their figures differ and are not repeated here, and whether a given bed stands at the pool or on the sand was not established. At the end of September 2026 the operator listed the restaurant, pool and beach as open from Thursday to Sunday, from noon to seven. A cancellation made at least twenty-four hours ahead is returned as a credit voucher rather than a refund.

Pool for adults, beach for families. Pool access is guaranteed to guests over eighteen holding a Pool & Beach reservation. Families with children are welcome in the restaurant and on the beach, with minors accompanied at all times.

Papers at the door. Every guest must carry a valid government-issued identity document on entering, entrance is not guaranteed even with a reservation, and at special events a twenty-one-and-over policy may apply.

A long run on one shore. The club marked its twenty-third anniversary in August 2026 with a daytime party, on the same hotel beach where it began.
