Nikki Beach Barbados

A Nikki Beach club at Port Ferdinand on the west coast of Barbados, opened in 2017 and since demolished for a hotel development.

Historic · code issued 20 September 2026 · closure date not read; a Pendry hotel is being built on the site (Caribbean Journal, 9 September 2025) · not counted in the register's totals

Nikki Beach Barbados opened in December 2017 at Port Ferdinand, the residential resort north of Speightstown on the west coast of the island. It occupied about 1.4 acres of beachfront, with a pool and an octagonal drinks counter reached by swimming, pool beds, catamaran-style lounges and VIP cabanas, and seating by the sea for up to two hundred. Lunch was served daily from noon and dinner on three evenings a week, with no admission charge. It was the brand's second club in the Caribbean, after St Barth.

No date of closure has been read. By 2023 posters on a travel forum reported that the club had been torn down and partly covered by a new road, and that the site was to become a Pendry hotel. In September 2025 the press reported that Port Ferdinand was being rebuilt and rebranded by Pendry.

Who it is not for

Nikki Beach Barbados cannot be visited: the club no longer exists, its building has been demolished, and the operator no longer lists it among its locations.
